Section 1512 Training Webinars for Reports Due in July 2010

Overview

FTA webinars will provide recipients of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) grants from the Federal Transit Administration with training and technical assistance to enable them to comply with the reporting requirements under Section 1512 of the Recovery Act. The webinars will discuss recently issued reporting guidance from the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and tips on how to make your July reporting process successful.

Sessions, Dates and Times:

Webinar for new reporters

Monday, June 21st

Agencies that are submitting a Section 1512 report for the first time or individuals who are reporting on behalf of their agency for the first time should participate in this web conference.

Refresher training for returning reporters

Friday, June 25th

Agencies that have reported in prior reporting period or individuals who have previously reported on behalf of their agency should participate in these web conferences.

Instructions for Participating in the Web Conference:

  1. 15 minutes prior to the Web conference start time, select the "Link to join the Web conference" URL listed above.
  2. On the Adobe sign-in page, select the log in as a GUEST option. (Please DO NOT use a Login ID and password.)
  3. Type in your FIRST and LAST name in the field marked "GUEST", then select the button that reads "Enter Room".
  4. In order to access the AUDIO portion of the program, call the teleconference number listed above using your telephone. Dial into the teleconference 10 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

All technical support questions should be directed to webconferencing@fhwa.dot.gov BEFORE the day of your event.
