Environmental Decision Documents

Below is a list of environmental decision documents that FTA has published. The list includes both environmental Records of Decision (ROD) and Findings of No Significant Impact (FONSI), which are approvals required under the regulations implementing the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969. Although the list of projects below represents only a portion of FTA's environmental decision documents in recent years, FTA is working towards making this webpage a comprehensive list. Please note that entries in the table are removed once a project has been built and is operational, and no longer under FTA's oversight.

All Environmental Impact Statements (EIS) are filed with the U.S. Enviromental Protection Agency and can be found in their EIS Database along with the EISs from other federal agencies.
