Payment structure will be agreed with successful candidate, with the intention of a balanced cashflow and sufficient levels of retention to cover snagging and warranty performance.

Any contract will be awarded, based on Arriva Trains Wales Standard conditions of contract, to be covered by English & Welsh Law.

Completion of refurbishment to specification and successful commissioning within agreed timescales. Warranty period for all works undertaken, varying from 1 to 2 years from entry into revenue generating service.

LOT NO: 1 TITLE 3 Stück Eisenbahnnotfallkran 160 t (abgestützt)
1)SHORT DESCRIPTION
3x Eisenbahnnotfallkran 160t (abgestützt), Lieferplan: 2. Halbjahr 2012= 1 Kran; 2013= 1 Kran; 2014= 1 Kran.
Die Krane sind für den Einsatz auf DB Strecken mit einer Regelspurweite von 1435mm und einer Streckenklasse CE und höher vorgesehen. Sollten zum Erreichen der geforderten Streckenklassen eventuell zusätzliche Gegengewichtswagen notwenig werden, so sind diese ebenfalls Gegenstand der Lieferung. Die Krane müssen auch unter der abgeschalteten aber nicht verschwenkten OL einsetzbar sein. Das Arbeiten in Tunnel ist grundsätzlich vorzusehen.
