National Transit Institute T-Course on Semi-Annual Reports
On May 10 and May 16, 2007 the National Transit Institute (NTI) will host a free teleconference course (T-Course) that will review how to properly complete and submit a Uniform Report of DBE Awards or Commitments and Payments Form (Semi-Annual Report).
If you were required to submit a DBE Annual Goal to FTA, you must submit a Semi-Annual Report on June 1 (covering October 1-March 31) and Dec. 1 (covering April 1-September 30). Semi-Annual Reports document total contracts and subcontracts awarded or committed during a reporting period, DBE awards/commitments during the reporting period and actual payments on contracts completed during the period.
FTA recommends NTI's T-Course to all Grantees who must submit a Semi-Annual Report to FTA.
