FTA Recognizes Public Transportation Providers for Excellence
Peter Rogoff, FTA's Administrator, presented the Outstanding Achievement Award for Excellence in Environmental Document Preparation to two transit agencies and their partners for creating environmental documents that are clear, concise, accessible to the public, and consistent with environmental laws and regulations at the 2009 APTA Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida. Guidance on H1N1 and Transit
National Transit Institute (NTI) in collaboration with FTA is scheduling a series of half-day regional train-the-trainer sessions for a new course, Understanding H1N1 Risks in the Transportation Sector.
